Individuals elected to hold office accept all duties and responsibilities, and shall comply with the guidelines.
	All officers of the Libertarian Party shall be members of the state party.
	All officers shall furnish a written quarterly report to the LP Chair stating accomplishments, defeats, or non-activity and said reports will be presented to the ExComm.
	Any officer neglecting objectives of their office will step down upon the majority vote of ExComm.
