Cannabis Freedom Festival (CFF) Operation Politically Homeless Booth
The annual CFF was held again at Wickham Park next to Brevard Community College in Melbourne November 21-22.  As usual, attendees learned about the history of hemp, a highly useful plant with a long history of positive benefits to people around the world.  They enjoyed some fine music and good food as well.  The Libertarian Party of Brevard (LPB) held an Operation Politically Homeless (OPH) booth there again this year.   As with last year's results, a large percentage of those tested scored in the "Libertarian" quadrant of the "World's Smallest Political Quiz".   All told, the LPB managed to get 56 names of persons interested in learning more about the Libertarian Party.  Our Chair, Lee McLamb, also offered a 15-minute speech detailing the Libertarian Party's unique stand against the War on Drugs and favoring the right of individuals to be masters of their own bodies.

Radio Appearances
"The Naked Truth" has moved its show to a competing radio station after the final eruption from their old station manager condemning them for even questioning the "War on Drugs".  Catch them every Tuesday 10AM-Noon on radio station WINZ 740AM.

Monthly Socials
The monthly social at Lee McLamb's house on December 5 went well.  Several new faces appeared and seemed impressed with the Libertarian message.

Libertarian Party of Brevard T-Shirts
Vice Chair David Hobbs is placing an order for some T-shirts featuring our "Rocket Liberty" symbol and party name.  Call him at 452-6902 for details and ordering information.  The more advance orders we get, the cheaper they will be!

Letters to the Editor
Congratulations to Richard Hall!  He once again has managed to get several "Letters to the Editor" published in the Florida Today newspaper promoting a Libertarian view of issues ranging from allegedly "too many banks" to the privatization of Social Security.
