Libertarian Party of Brevard County (LPB)
We've reached a very important point for our local organization, the Libertarian Party of Brevard County. It is time once again to elect officers for the upcoming year. This year will see some changes in the Party. What they are depends on you.
This will be my last time
writing to you as Chair of the LPB. I appreciate having had
the opportunity to learn and serve for these last two years.
This year we have a lot happening. This is a Presidential
election year, and we also have County Charter amendments on the
ballot. The media coverage of our Presidential candidate
always brings about new interest and new members. What
activities will we have to involve the new members? What can
we do to make Brevard County more Libertarian? These are the
strategies that we will be deciding over the next few months.
I'm looking forward to seeing the LPB revitalized with fresh faces
Mark your calendars for Thursday, June 29 at 6:00 PM. The Libertarian Party of Brevard County will conduct its Annual Business Meeting at Perkins Family Restaurant, 8200 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne. (Call 752-5200 or visit http://maps.yahoo.com for directions.) We'll be electing local officers for the 2000-2001 LPB Executive Committee as well as reviewing our past accomplishments and future projects. Come one, come all!
